What each hardware option includes

For replacement fabric, confirm that the size and shape fit your existing pole system before ordering.

Materials and printing

Full color dye sublimation on 110 g knitted polyester. The listed hardware uses fiberglass poles. Confirm the base and installation requirements for your location with NKS.

Artwork templates

Open the reference matching your selected size and printed sides before preparing the final file.

Artwork and ordering

1. Choose the product options and quantity before adding this item to your cart.
2. Upload your logo or finished artwork if it is ready. Add the date you need the product and any design instructions in the product notes.
3. If you need help with the design, contact NKS before production.

A 3D preview or uploaded logo is a reference for review. Final artwork, dimensions and print quality need to be checked before printing.

Production and delivery

NKS confirms the configuration, final artwork, price, production timing and shipping before production begins. Share your delivery address and event date when requesting confirmation.

If you need expedited production, ask NKS to confirm eligibility, timing and any extra charge for your exact order.

Warranty information

• Lifetime hardware warranty. Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.
• 90 day graphic warranty with outdoor use. Outdoor usage is limited to a 90 day standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.
• 1 year graphic warranty on indoor use. Indoor use is a 1 year standard parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.
