This website is operated by National King Signs, the trade name of National King Signs LLC, a California limited liability company. These Terms of Service apply to your use of nationalkingsigns.com and to purchases, quote requests, proofs, and related services provided through the website.
Using this website
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on this website. You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape protected customer information, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
Product information and quotes
We work to keep descriptions, photographs, measurements, availability, and pricing accurate. Displays and printed materials can vary in appearance because of lighting, screens, materials, production methods, and normal manufacturing tolerances. If a written quote, invoice, or approved proof contains project-specific terms, those terms control for that project if they conflict with general website information.
A quote is an estimate until accepted in writing and paid as required. Taxes, shipping, freight, permits, installation, design revisions, and special services are included only when stated in the quote or checkout total.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order does not require us to accept an order containing an obvious pricing error, unavailable material, unlawful content, suspected fraud, or specifications we cannot safely produce. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unaccepted portion.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You authorize the charges shown at checkout or on an accepted invoice. Applicable taxes and disclosed shipping or freight charges are added as required.
Custom artwork and approvals
You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, photograph, design, name, and other material you submit. You grant National King Signs a limited license to use submitted material only as needed to prepare proofs, manufacture the order, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not receive permission to publish your completed work in a portfolio or advertisement unless you separately agree.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs, including spelling, dimensions, quantities, colors, placement, orientation, and finishing details. Written proof approval authorizes production. Changes after approval may affect price and timing and might require a new quote.
Production, shipping, and installation
Production begins after required payment, specifications, and artwork approval are received. Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, site conditions, customer changes, and delayed approvals can affect timing.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Installation, permits, engineering, electrical work, site preparation, landlord approval, and access equipment are included only when specifically stated in writing.
Returns, cancellations, and order problems
Returns, cancellations, damage claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom and personalized products are generally not returnable for a change of mind after artwork approval or production begins. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Intellectual property
The website's branding, original text, graphics, layout, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to National King Signs and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customer-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other service partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make National King Signs responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in an order or required by law. National King Signs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product, and any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order unless the parties agree otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under the law where you live.
